This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to amend the name of the petitioners in the cause title as Rajendrasunder Sunder Rajulu @ Rajendrasunder instead of Rajendrasunder Sunder Rajulu and Vijayan Sunder Rajulu @ Vijayan instead of Vijayan Sunder Rajulu in the above petition.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in view of the petitioners also produced their Aadhar cards to prove their names, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.24370 of 2024.
