O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to issue patta for the piece of land comprised in Survey Nos.83/5A1C and 83/5A1A to an extent of 1826 sq.ft situated in Pallikaranai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai district, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.06.2024 seeking patta for the piece of land comprised in Survey Nos.83/5A1C and 83/5A1A to an extent of 1826 sq.ft situated in Pallikaranai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai district and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No

costs.
