These petitions have been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood related surety and should produce document to show his/her means), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram District, imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.25408 and 25356 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the blood relatives do not own any property and the learned Judge is insisting the relatives to furnish documents to show his/her means and thereby, he seeks for modification of the above condition. Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

sp 3.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood related surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram District.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and the other conditions imposed against the petitioner shall remain unaltered.
