This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.18785 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 in Para No.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the nature of offence and also the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
