When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent appeared in person seeks short accommodation. 2.Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.116 of 2012 itself has been disposed of and hence nothing survives in this present Civil Revision Petition for adjudication.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous since nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
