This petition has been filed to quash the the First Information Report in Crime No.22 of 2017 on the filed of first respondent as against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 168, 415 read with 420 of I.P.C.

officer. When the same was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, through video conferencing, sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
