2. The 1st respondent may proceed further to honor their commitments with respect to the Insurance Policy No.708498443. If the 2nd respondent is a nominee, then the amount may be disbursed to the 2nd respondent. Later, all the legal heirs, not only the petitioner, but also the two brothers can naturally claim their respective shares from the 2nd respondent.

3. The Writ Petition stands dismissed, even at the admission stage itself. No order as to costs.
