ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2021 and pass final orders based on enquiry held on 03.08.2022 within one month from today.

The petitioner's application submitted to the second respondent dated 12.07.2021 for issuance of joint patta in respect of the land at S.No.568/2A2 and 568/2F1 at Nedunkundram Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpet District, since is pending with the second respondent, in order to consider the same and to pass orders, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.P.Sugumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, enquiry has already been commenced, it seems to be that the private respondents sought for time to appear, therefore after hearing the petitioner as well as the private respondents, orders would be passed by the second respondent.
5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That the said application submitted by the petitioner dated 12.07.2021 shall be considered and decided by the second respondent on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of being heard to both the petitioner as well as the private respondents herein within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
