ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to cause production of the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely, minor V.Vanitha, D/o. Velu, aged about 17 years, before this Court and to handover custody to the petitioner herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue being a major has married one Ajithkumar. Thereafter, the very complaint given itself has been withdrawn by the petitioner.

3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
