J U D G M E N T

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the 2nd respondent to take further action as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.08.2019 and 11.10.2019 in accordance with law and file a final report within a stipulated time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2019 and 11.10.2019, C.S.R.Nos.134/2019 and 2069/2019 were given and after conducting preliminary enquiry, the said complaints were closed on 20.11.2019.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to send an intimation of the closure of the petitioner's complaint within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, separately in a manner known to law.
