ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks for a direction to respondent to survey his property situated in Survey Nos.164/2A, 164/2D, 164/2E, 164/4 and 164/5C2 to an extent of 12.50 acres situated at Pukkampatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District by considering his representation dated 02.08.2024.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the patta for the above mentioned properties stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta Nos.1257, 374, 236 & 952. The petitioner submitted an online application on 10.05.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned lands in Application No.2024/0123/08/002271 and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the online application of the petitioner dated 10.05.2024 for survey of the land will be considered on merits within a time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the online application dated 10.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 9, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
