J U D G M E N T

(Order of the Court was made by SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD, J.) Instant writ petition has been filed for a writ of declaration, declaring Sections 5, 8, 9, 13, 14, 17, 20, 25, 29 (2), 30, 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Rule 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, as contrary to Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. Ms.Goda Raghavan, learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the submission and the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
