The Registry has issued Notice to the Second to Fourth Petitioners for appearance as per the order dated 12.06.2018 passed by this court and the same has been served in respect of Third and Fourth Petitioners and the postal cover has been returned as unserved in respect of the Second Petitioner. There is no representation for the Second to Fourth Petitioners when the matter is called today. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the Writ Petition pending, when they do not appear to be interested in pursuing the matter. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents is present.

Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution leaving it open to the Petitioners to apply for revival of the Writ Petition in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
