This petition has been filed to modify the conditions that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24687 of 2022 dated 13.10.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
