Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions to comply, has been regularly appearing before the trial court daily once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16824/2018 by this Honourable Court dated 04.01.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, on the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court once in a week i.e.,on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., made in Crl.M.P.No.16824 of 2018 on 04.01.2019. Heard both sides.
