This application has been filed to grant an order of leave to sue against the first respondent/1st defendant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the records.

3. The suit has been filed for declaration that the cancellation of the restructuring agreement dated 30.11.2016 by the first defendant vide its letter dated 11.10.2019 is illegal, arbitrary and not biding on the plaintiff and consequently by way of mandatory injunction.

4. On persual of the plaint indicates that the agreement was entered into between the parties at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court and second defendant is also have its office in Chennai. It appears that entire cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Accordingly, the application is ordered as prayed for.
