Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.377 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence which was imposed by the Learned Assistant Session Judge, Gingee, Villupuram District in S.C.No.117 of 2011 dated 28.11.2017 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.377/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.16121 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.377 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.ARASU GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.

MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the learned Assistant Session Judge, Gingee, Villupuram District, made in S.C.No.117 of 2011, dated 28.11.2017 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of Crl.A.No.377 of 2018. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
