MP No.14937/2019 in Crl.Rc No.868/2019 by order dated 18/10/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit 50% of the cheque amount i.e., Rs.1,25,000/-, for executing the sureties in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14937 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.868 of 2019, dated 18.10.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time is extended by further period of one week from today.

4. Post the matter on 12.11.2019.
