(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking extension of leave granted to the convict - Abraham @ Rajasekaran, Convict No.16844, the present petition has been filed.

2. Inasmuch as there is no improvement in the medical condition of the convict which is stated to be deteriorating further, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted by us in Crl.M.P.No.14424 of 2019 in HCP No.2979 of 2018 dated 04.10.2019 by six more weeks i.e. till 18.12.2019.
