This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed in W.P.No.17209 of 2017 dated 07.12.2017 has not been complied with.

Cont.P.No.1969 of 2019 the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in the above writ petition has been complied with, by passing an order dated 16.08.2019 by the Block Development Officer (V PT), Udhagamandalam.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open for him to challenge the same in a manner known to law before the appropriate Forum.

4. Thus considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Contempt Petition is closed. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced the copy of the said order.
