Earlier, this Court by an order dated 24.01.2019 directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to work in the school based on the appointment order dated 12.03.2001. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the order dated 24.01.2019 passed by this Court has been complied with, and no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. Hence, this contempt petition may be closed.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court in W.P. 32923 of 2014 has been complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
