DR No.131552 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking grant of leave to file the suit against the defendant who is residing outside the jurisdiction of this court as part of cause of action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of this court.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, defamatory newsletters were circulated within the jurisdiction of this court as well though the defendant is residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this court.

3. Considering the correspondences exchanged between the parties and the part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this court, leave to sue against the defendant is granted.
