ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10798 of 2024, in Crl.RC.No.1243 of 2024, dated 31.07.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.I, Namakkal on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal Revision. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while granting bail, this Court by an order dated 31.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.10798 of 2025, in Crl.RC.No.1243 of 2024, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.I, Namakkal on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal Revision. To relax the said condition, the

petitioner filed the present petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month (i.e on alternative Saturday) at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the Criminal Revision.
