This writ petition has been filed for direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2021 as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.2182/2021/A1 dated 09.09.2021 and further direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 13.09.2021. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's case as prayed in this writ petition and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2/4
