This application is filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the aforesaid original petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that since the person, who handled this matter has retired from service, there is a delay of 17 days in filing the aforesaid original petition and hence, he prays this Court to condone the delay.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay of 17 days is condoned.
