This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of decree dated 28.08.2023 passed in R.E.A.No.10 of 2023 in R.E.P.No. 72 of 2004 in O.S.No.117 of 1981 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that he has received only certified copy of judgment and so far, the certified copy of decree is not yet received. So, he has applied for the certified copy of the decree before the court below and he undertake to produce the same as and when he received the copy of decree. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
