This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondent viz., Commissioner of Land Administration in W.P.No.26562 of 2024 as 6th respondent.

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the proposed 6th respondent and he has no objection for allowing the impleading petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.33710 of 2024 is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
