] There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. This is the third application filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of sentence. The earlier application was dismissed on 08.07.2022, by observing that there is no change in circumstances of the case.
3. In the present 3rd application also, we do not find any reason to interfere with the last application which was rejected only within a period of one year.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
