This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein viz the Commissioner of Police, to transfer the case to some other Investigation Officer from the file of the first respondent, Inspector of Police, R-7, K.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai District in CSR No.632 of 2018 and also to complete the investigation within the stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
