The writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to bring the petitioners on record as legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner M.Kulandaivelu in W.P.No.23744 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the Respondents reported no objection in view of the same.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and the petitioners 1 to 3 herein are impleaded as petitioners 2 to 4 in the main writ petition.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
