ORDER
This writ petition is filed directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2017.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has given his representation against the construction of a building by the Municipality in the place where weekly market was functioning as on that date.
3. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that the building was already constructed and the weekly market is running in the building.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph 3 of the order dated 28.09.2022 in WP.No.23459 of 2017, instead of mentioning "office of the municipality" it was wrongly mentioned as "weekly market".
3. In view of the above submission, the Registry is directed to substitute paragraph 3 as follows:
"3. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that the building was already constructed and the office of the Municipality is functioning in the said building." 5/7
4. Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated dated 28.09.2022 and issue a fresh copy to the parties forthwith. 25.11.2022 pvs 6/7
