When the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main case itself is disposed of by the trial court on 26.10.2018 and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the present civil revision petition, as it has become infructuous. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
