In this case, initially, it is stated that the parties agreed for a compromise, which resulted in passing the order dated 17.09.2025, quashing C.C.No.240 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court Dharapuram, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur.

2. Now, it is stated that an erroneous information has been provided to the Court, based on which earlier order was passed. Since the earlier order dated 17.09.2025 was omitted to be transferred / uploaded, the matter is listed today under the caption for being mentioned.

3. It is stated that the parties want to contest the case and therefore, the order dated 17.09.2025 is recalled and now, the following order is passed.
