This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 312 days in representing the papers in the above Cross Appeal.
2. Ms.V.Srimathi, learned counsel for petitioner/cross objector submitted that the Registry had returned the above cross objection for certain compliance. Subsequently, the papers were misplaced and during vacation, on the rearrangement of records, the papers were traced out and it was represented. However, there is a delay of 312 days arose in representing the above petition. Hence, he has filed the above petition to condone the delay in representing the above Cross objection.
3. Mr.R.Bharathkumar, learned counsel for respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
5. Registry is directed to number the Cross Objection if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 07.09.2023 for reply of learned counsel for respondent.
