This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.7931 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7851 of 2023 by this Court order dated 19.06.2023 in Crime No.31 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, C-2, Elephant Gate Police Station, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police two months once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
