This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to suspend the conviction and sentenced imposed on the petitioner in Spl.C.C.No.9 of 2014, dated 23.06.2023 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Court, Thiruvallur.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that, on execution of warrant before the trial Court, the petitioner was remanded to prison to undergo the sentence imposed on him.

3. Hence, nothing survives in this application.

According, this Crl.M.P.No.18172 of 2023 is dismissed.
