ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 7 in Crl.OP No. 22212 of 2025 order dated 12.08.2025.

2. The reason assigned by the petitioner is reasonable. Accordingly, the condition imposed in para 7 in Crl.OP No. 22212 of 2025 is modified to that effect the petitioner shall executed a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the satisfaction of the learned magistrate concerned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
