O R D E R

The applicant / Tamil Nadu Housing Board, seeking to review the common order dated 26.02.2016 passed in W.A.Nos.1101 of 2014 etc., batch has filed the instant review application.

2. Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel for the first respondent submitted that review applications filed as against the common order passed in the writ appeals have been dismissed by this Court and the instant review application, which is one among them, has been singled out from the batch. The case is posted today at the instance of the learned Senior Counsel for the first respondent to get instructions from the applicant Board as to where any appeal has been preferred as against the order passed in the review applications.

3. Mrs.C.Shyamala, learned Standing Counsel for the review applicant submitted that the applicant Board have not preferred any appeal as against the order passed in the review applications and the said order has become

final.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the applicant Board that no further appeal has been preferred as against the order passed in the review applications, the learned Senior Counsel for the first respondent submitted that the order passed in the review applications have become final and therefore, insisted upon for dismissal of the present review application.

5. In view of the above submission, the present review application cannot be entertained and accordingly the review application stands dismissed. It is made clear that if the applicant Board is being aggrieved, it is open to them to challenge the order passed in the writ appeals. No costs.
