This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.24 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Perambalur and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Alandur, Kancheepuram District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have reunited and that the disputes arose between them have been settled. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and also an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
