O R D E R

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner, who is the wife of Raja Kundan, aged about 50 years, has filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondents to produce the body of her husband from Al-Saleh AlMassoud Co (Asamco Dammam), Asamco, Dammam - 31473, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and hand over the same to the petitioner for performing final rites at Vellore.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 4 to 6.

3. When the matter came up on 13.12.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 4 to 6 submitted that the body of the petitioner's husband was handed over to the petitioner. However, learned counsel for petitioner sought time to verify the same.

4. Today, it is represented by learned counsel for petitioner that the body of petitioner's husband was handed over to the petitioner.

In the aforestated circumstance, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
