2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial has commenced and the prosecution has closed the witness. He further submitted that under section 313 of Cr.P.C. questioning also over and the matter has been posted for arguments.

3.Therefore, at this stage this Court cannot consider the prayer sought for in this petition.
