This petition is filed to condone the delay of 558 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.350/- in the above said petition.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection for condoning the delay.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 558 days is condoned and the petition is allowed.
