This petition is filed for impleading the petitioner/proposed respondent as the 4th respondent in Crl.O.P.No.28437 of 2022.

2. It is seen from the submission of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28437 of 2022 that the proposed respondent is preventing the petitioner from putting up a fence in her property, even after the Civil Court, upto the level of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India granted Judgment in favour of the petitioner that the petitioner is entitled to be in possession and enjoyment of the suit property.

3. In view of the plea that the proposed respondent is causing hindrance to the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Registry is directed to make appropriate amendment in Crl.O.P.No.28437 of 2022 and post the matter for hearing on 15.12.2022. 09.12.2022 gd 1/3
