This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.7 (b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21471 of 2023, dated 15.09.2023 in Crime No.114/2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00 a.m., till the examination of PW1 and thereafter during the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances.
