This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, Tiruppur instead of Perumallur Police Station, Tiruppur District, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.26863 of 2022 dated 04.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. However, the petitioner, now seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, Tiruppur, everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
