This application has been filed to bring on record the proposed fourth respondent as the fourth respondent in the Original Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that there are two Wills in respect the very same properties and the applicant has also filed an Original Petition in respect of the Will executed by the sister of the applicant and since, the second respondent in the said Original Petition has filed caveat, the same was converted and numbered as T.O.S.No.41 of 2021. Hence, the present application has been filed.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the petition, proposed fourth respondent has to be impleaded as the fourth respondent in the Original Petition, this application is Ordered.

3. Post on 11.01.2024. The applicant is directed to carryout amendment and file amended copy of the petition by then.
