Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent Director of School Education Na.Ka.No.103720/C5/C20/2001, dated 15.04.2002 and the consequent proceedings of the 4th respondent D.E.O.Na.Ka.No.4607/A2/04, dated 29.06.2004 withdrawing the post of 1 B.T.Assistant [History] in the petitioner school, quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent-the Chief educational Officer herein to revise the Staff fixation within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed.
