Mr.V.Balamurugan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction in the form of writ, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2023 forwarded through the 2nd respondent, to grant the petitioner permission to rewrite the exams (Registration No.20770040) of the failed subjects of the 1st year MBBS course.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the aforesaid representation dated 26.09.2023 was considered by the respondents as early as on 19.10.2023 and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/5

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents. 5.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents, if so advised. No costs.
