2.W.P.No.31438 of 2023 has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct the public auction or to fix the fair price and execute sale deed in favour of the petitioner for the immovable properties comprised in SF No.147 to the extent of 2.17.00 hectares and SF No.151/1C to the extent of 0.60.50 Hectare, situated at Kaniyur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District. 3/6

3.W.P.No.31440 of 2023 has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct the public auction or to fix the fair price and execute sale deed in favour of the petitioner for the immovable properties situated in the villages of Mathur, comprised in SF Nos.(1) 364/1 hectare 5.75.50 (2) 364/2 hectare 0.03.00 (3) 348/2 hectare 2.98.5 (4) 353/1 hectare 4.16.00

(5) 353/2 hectare 1.62.99 (6) 355 hectare 2.28.50 (7) 357/2, hectare 1.14.09 (8) 349 hectare 2.51.50 and also at Pongalur Village comprised in (9) SF Nos.295/1 hectare 0.88.00 (10) 295/3 hectare 2.97.50 (11) 296 hectare 1.19.50 and (12) 297 hectare 2.09.00 of Palladam Taluk and SF No.455 to the extent of acre 2.65 and situated at Pillichi Village, Periyanakkanpalayam Taluk. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are enjoying the property owned by Kalaimagal Sabha and prayed this Court to issue direction to the third respondent to conduct public auction or to fix fair price and execute sale deed in favour of the petitioners for the respective immovable properties. 5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submitted that the properties owned by Kalaimagal 4/6

Sabha were already seized by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has appointed the Inspector General of Registration to value the properties belonging to Kalaimagal Sabha for conducting public auction and further submitted that public auction will be conducted pursuant to the order to be passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. 6.The submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent is recorded. The writ petitions are disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to participate in the public auction that is to be conducted pursuant to the order that is to be passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. No costs.
