When the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasions on 13.06.2024, 27.06.2024 and 04.07.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 09.07.2024.

2. Even today, 09.07.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing at 10.40 a.m., none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was passed over. Again, the matter was called at 11.30 a.m, there was no representation for the petitioner. It is made clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Court is 2/4

left with no other option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
